Using notifications help you react to cases and messages timely.
Push notifications have different types for both a new case and a new message. You always will be notified from whom a case or message have gotten.
To enable push notifications for your account, complete the following steps:
Step 1. Press View site information and choose Site settings.
Step 2. Choose Allow for Notifications.
Step 3. Reload page.
To disable push notifications, choose Block in step 2.
Sound notifications have different sounds for cases and messages and play as default.
To enable or disable sound notification for a certain event, go to Settings > Notifications and set up sound notifications as you wish.
